- Liaise with the Geotechnical & Structural Engineers to design a
pipe bridge and retaining wall to maximise full use of the site
- Preparation of all Resource Consents including ARC consent
- Preparation of Tender Documents and contract specifications
- Supervise construction of engineering works, drainage, roading
and contract administration
- Land Transfer Cadastral Survey to obtain certificates of title
for 18 fee simple lots
